Shipping & Returns Policy
AgGroGates.com – AGG Global Inc.
Effective Date: March 14, 2026
AgGroGates (“AgGroGates”, “AGG Global”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) operates as a digital marketplace and logistics facilitator connecting buyers with farmers and sellers of agricultural products at origin.
By using the platform and placing an order, buyers and sellers agree to the terms described in this Shipping and Returns Policy.
1. Countries We Currently Ship To
AgGroGates currently supports shipments to the following regions:
- Most mainland United State
- Canada
- Most European Union countries
- Most of the United Kingdom
- Most of Australia
If you wish to ship to any other country or region, please contact us before placing an order so we can evaluate logistics feasibility and regulatory requirements.
Availability may change depending on customs regulations, shipping infrastructure, or product restrictions.
2. Shipment Process
Once the Seller delivers the product to the AgGroGates Collection Warehouse:
- The product is inspected for basic packaging and logistical readiness.
- AgGroGates arranges export documentation, customs handling, and international shipping.
- The shipment is delivered to the Buyer’s designated address.
Delivery times vary depending on:
- country of origin
- customs procedures
- shipping method
- regulatory inspections.
AgGroGates will make reasonable efforts to provide estimated delivery timelines but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Because products sold through AgGroGates are:
• agricultural commodities
• shipped internationally
• sold directly by origin producers
3. NO RETURNS
Returns are NOT possible once the product has been shipped.
All sales are considered final.
However, in the event of a dispute, AgGroGates will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication between Buyer and Seller to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
AgGroGates does not guarantee refunds or compensation but may assist in mediation where possible.
4. Customs, Import Duties, and Regulations
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their country.
Depending on the destination country, shipments may be subject to:
• customs duties
• import taxes
• food safety inspections
• agricultural regulations.
These charges and regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Most import duties and regular charges are already considered in the platform's price, but the cargo might be subject to additional, random inspections, which will be added to a final bill.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia, AgGroGates shall not be liable for:
• inaccuracies in Seller product descriptions
• variations in agricultural product characteristics
• failure of a Seller to fulfill an expected quality
• shipping delays caused by customs or logistics providers
• damages occurring after the product leaves the origin warehouse
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions conducted through the platform.
6. IMPORTANT: BUYER MUST INSPECT UPON ARRIVAL (read carefully!)
BUYER shall inspect the cargo immediately as the carrier arrives, and refuse shipment if the pallets/boxes have any type of damage. If the BUYER signs the carriers “receipt” without specifically writing on it any type of damage, including the weight and count, then Aggrogates cannot file a claim with the carrier or insurance, and the buyer will not have legal remedy to recover the loss
AgGroGates’ role is limited to facilitating marketplace transparency and coordinating logistics services.
